Franchise Agreements

Franchise Agreement – GICE INDIA PVT. LTD.
The franchisee is authorized to operate under the brand name Gateway Institute of Computer Education – A Unit of GICE INDIA PVT. LTD., and to use the company’s logo, course structure, and institute management system. The franchisee agrees to follow all guidelines, rules, and operational standards set by the company. GICE INDIA PVT. LTD. will provide complete support including training, institute setup assistance, software (ERP), and marketing support to ensure smooth functioning and growth of the institute. 

The franchisee shall be responsible for maintaining quality education, proper management, and discipline at the center, and all student records must be managed through the official system. Any misuse of the brand name or violation of company policies may lead to termination of the agreement. The agreement will remain valid for a fixed period and may be renewed as per company terms. Upon termination, the franchisee must immediately discontinue the use of the brand name, software, and all related materials.
